Attorney Shoushtari obtained her bachelor degree from University of California San Diego. While at UCSD Ned studied Ubran Studies, Planning and environmetal policy. From UCSD Neda attended San Diego State University where she earned a Masters in City Planning prior to Starting law school in San Diego.
Upon graduating from law school, Neda was honored to serve as a Post Bar Land Use Aid Intern for the former Councilmember Pro Tem Sherri Lightner.
Once Neda became licensed she went to work for a civil litigation and class action firm where she gained considerable experience in cases involving business disputes, personal injury, and employment disputes. Neda’s first inclination to pursue law came at a young age after seeing the injustice of a close family member fall a victim to medical malpractice which ultimately took that family members life.
As an Of Counsel Attorney with Odgers Law Group, Neda’s focuses on helping cliets with all stages estate planning. Her background in litigation gives her keen forsight into what potential problems can arise when estate planning is not done correctly. She uses that forsight to come up with creative strategies to help clients transfer their assets while avoiding un-necessary taxes, disputes, legal fees, and family turmoil.
