She is available day and night and will attempt to accommodate any last minute signing requests. Bronte is happy to meet at your location or can provide a conference room in Poway or Cardiff at no additional charge. As a San Diego mobile notary, Bronte charges a competitive  $30 travel fee (within San Diego County) and $15 per signature (Updated from $10 per signature in January 2017 pursuant to CA Law). Notary’s are not able to give any legal advice.

What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is someone who is licensed by the state of California to serve the public as an impartial witness when certain types of important documents are signed.  Here is a list of some of the important documents that may require a notary:

  • Signature Witnessing
  • Estate Planning Documents (Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney)

Who Needs a Notary public?

If you are purchasing real estate, Estate Planning Documents, or changing title on real estate there is a good chance you will need a notary.

How Far will you Travel?

We travel all throughout San Diego and Los Angeles county for signings. Your location may dictate our availability based upon our current schedule. With advanced notice we can schedule a signing anytime and anywhere.

What do I need to have with me for a signing?

What form of payment do you accept?

We take cash, checks and all major debit and credit cards. Debit and credit cards are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
