Protecting Those Who Protect

Protecting Those Who Protect

At Odgers Law Group we look for ways to give back to those who have given so much to us. That is why we started Protecting Those Who Protect (PTWP). Under PTWP we provide our comprehensive estate planning services to one active duty or military veteran per month at no cost.

We provide a comprehensive trust based estate plan. To learn more about our estate planning services you visit our estate planning page by clicking here.

What Should you Bring?

Prior to our initial meeting, we will send you our Estate Planning Intake questionnaire and a list of documents for you to bring. We request that you bring the completed intake along with all supporting documents to your first meeting. If you have any questions prior to your initial meeting please fee free to contact our office.

How long is the process?

The entire process will take 3 to 4 weeks. At your initial meeting, we will schedule a follow-up meeting along with your signing meeting. We take on one pro-bono (free) estate planning client a month, so work hard to keep our schedule so that we can complete your estate plan and help the next service member.

What inspired you to help?

We see the sacrifices that military and police officer make to keep us safe. We also understand that that estate planning can be cost-prohibitive for those on a fixed government salary. We want to make sure that the families of those who protect us, are protected.
